Overall Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, emergency systems) and light current systems (security, fire alarms, access control, CCTV) in the building.
- Lead and supervise technicians for system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Assist in evaluating the performance of the FM company, ensuring adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and contractual obligations.
- Define and implement KPIs and SLAs for electrical and light current systems, monitoring performance for improvement.
- Manage tickets and troubles, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation. Coordinate with the FM company and internal teams.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for reliable system performance.
- Collaborate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and maintenance services. Ensure compliance with agreements and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety procedures. Conduct audits and provide safety training.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on system performance, metrics, issues, and recommendations.
- Monitor and oversee energy-saving activities of the FM company to achieve optimum energy use.
- Assess vendor performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes.
- Ensure understanding & compliance with Majorel vision mission and values and follow regulatory Majorel policies & procedures.
- Ensure subordinates comply with the code of conduct and policies.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or vocational training in electrical systems or related field is preferred.
- 10 years of experience in electrical and light current system maintenance and operations.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, emergency systems.
- Proficiency in light current systems, including security, fire alarms, access control, CCTV.
- Good computer skills for system monitoring, documentation, reporting and communication.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Ability to identify and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
