As a receptionist, your primary responsibility is to provide professional and courteous assistance to callers and online inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for the company. You will work remotely to ensure that all incoming communications are handled promptly and efficiently, creating a positive experience for clients, customers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or emails.
- Handle internal and external communications.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily emails.
- Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Maintain and update contact databases and other relevant records.
- Effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneouslt, prioritizing as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Virtual Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to work in US time zones.
- Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
