As our Manager of Intensive Trauma and Anxiety Services you will lead a team of specialized trauma and anxiety experts. You will influence community and funding partners, provide advocacy, and serve as our trauma and anxiety expert, providing education to your team to support their development.

You will lead a team who serve adults, teens, and children in a trauma and anxiety-focused and trauma informed clinical setting. You will use your clinical practice experience and rely on your systems knowledge to provide your team with guidance, direction and mentorship.

What We Need:

  • Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology
  • Three (3+) years leading a professional level team in a community mental health environment or similar organization. 
  • Licensed LPC, LCSW, Psy.D, or LMFT
  • Expert in Trauma
