SUMMARY
We’re looking for a Customer Lifecycle Operations Manager to join us in enhancing the value we deliver to our customers. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Solutions & Experience Operations and work closely with a team of experts dedicated to optimizing the customer journey. As the Customer Lifecycle Specialist at Wiz, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and renewals to support and expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support, to ensure our customers achieve their goals and derive maximum benefit from our cloud security solutions. Your role will involve driving strategic initiatives, analyzing customer data, and implementing process improvements to elevate the overall customer experience.
