Are you ready to take your career to new heights with the Workday Time & Absence modules?

Whether you're an external consultant seeking stability in an in-house role, a system admin who's implemented time and absence tools and is eager to master Workday, or a seasoned Workday user with a knack for time and absence processes wanting to delve into the technical side, this is the opportunity for you.

At cargo-partner, we are now rolling out the Time tracking & Absence modules and we need your support to further implement it across our European branches. If you think you've got what it takes, don't hesitate to apply!

Your key contributions:

Participate in implementation of the Time Tracking and Absence modules in company’s European countries
Support country HRs in finding the right solutions for their local time & absence requirements: demonstrate the Workday time & absence possibilities to local HRs
Collect requirements from local HRs in specific workbooks: configure Workday according to collected requirements; organize confirmation sessions to present the final configuration
Organize and manage the test phase
Prepare generic training materials and train local HRs for testing
Implement necessary changes, based on the testing feedback
Post implementation support of local HRs: enhancements of existing configurations based on local needs

Skills and experience we value:

Workday Time & Absence experience preferred | Alternatively, experience as HR specialist participating in an implementation of any time & absence tool
Capacity to explain technical system aspects to non-technical HR people
Able to advise on pros and cons of different solutions
Able to structure, organize and drive the implementation process forward
Fluent English
Experience with labor law is an advantage

The minimum monthly salary starts from 7000 RON net. The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience and it will be discussed in the interviews.
