Dredging - Operations Manager for Royal Family

Apt Resources, a reputable recruitment company, is currently seeking a talented and experienced Dredging - Operations Manager to work for a prominent Royal Family in Abu Dhabi. This includes overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of all dredging operations in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.

Job Description and Duties

• Develop and implement operational strategies and plans for the dredging projects.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

• Manage and supervise all aspects of dredging operations, including equipment, personnel, and resources.

• Monitor progress of dredging projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards.

• Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns.

• Collaborate with other departments and contractors to optimize project performance.

• Prepare and present reports to senior management on project status and performance.

• Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the dredging team.

Requirements

• Must have prior experience in dredging operations management
• Strong knowledge of dredging techniques, equipment, and regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience managing excavation carried out underwater
