About the Job

 

 We are looking for a Senior  Product Manager to direct product development and ensure a high return on investment (ROI.) You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.

What you will do?

 

• Develop and implement product strategies consistent with company's vision
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
• Work with senior management to create product plans and roadmaps
• Engage with the customers to help the sales team translate customer requirements into solution documents. While you will have product and engineering peers to consult for arriving at solutions, you will have to grow a strong product understanding to be able to come up with solutions on your own
• Execute on client delivery including coordinating, scoping and overseeing delivery within agreed timelines
• Manage client requests and expectations by working with internal teams and external System Integrators
• Deliver successful customer outcomes for all projects assigned
• Work closely with the product team and  identify gaps in our products and developer experience that slow down customer adoption and get it  addressed by the right product teams
• Provide clear visibility into the status of projects to all stakeholders 
• While you will start of as an individual contributor, you will be expected to hire and build a team that scales Exotel’s delivery capability

 

What do we look for?

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7+ years of experience working with technical subjects and emerging technologies in the Cloud, or related technical fields.
• 4+ years of experience in client-facing service delivery roles for large enterprises
• Ability to understand APIs and technical products and convert client requests into well-thought-through solutions
• Strong program management fundamentals (planning, execution, estimation, risk management, stakeholder management).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Ability to understand technology and build solutions that cater to client requirements
• High competency in multi-tasking and ability to manage multiple engagements in parallel
• Should have people management experience
