ANINE BING is looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager to drive innovative communication strategies, partnerships, community building, and events—ensuring the brand remains an industry leader. This role will craft disruptive, high-impact campaigns across all 360° consumer touchpoints, from PR and influencer relations to digital and retail activations.

You should have experience collaborating with social media teams, a strong understanding of content creation and performance metrics, and a deep knowledge of industry trends. This role is based out of our Paris HQ office.

Job Duties Include

• Develop and execute global PR and communication strategies, including press outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, VIPs, and industry leaders to drive brand awareness.
• Lead global influencer and VIP marketing strategies, including campaign execution, seeding, and performance tracking.
• Oversee and evolve AB Muse social strategy, driving online brand advocacy and engagement.
• Support 360° brand marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment across PR, digital, social, retail, and wholesale channels.
• Drive disruptive campaign ideas from concept to execution, reinforcing ANINE BING’s positioning as a leader in fashion.
• Lead go-to-market strategies for product launches, ensuring a holistic approach to brand impact and consumer engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Social, Wholesale, and eCommerce teams to optimize press and influencer activations.
• Manage influencer calendars, campaign reporting, and strategic measurement to track success and ROI.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation, ensuring campaigns maximize impact within scope.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, influencer marketing, or similar roles, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing platforms.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional EU languages is a strong plus
