The Director, Tax is responsible for the Company’s global tax function including tax compliance (US and international), tax planning and research, and financial reporting for income taxes with the assistance of the Senior Tax Manager in the UK. In addition, this role is responsible for the Company’s transfer pricing – including policies, research, and calculations, and for transactional taxes such as sales and use tax in the US and VAT/GST/HST in rest of world as well as property taxes in the US. This role works closely with the finance and legal teams within the company and third-party service providers.
Base Range: $170,000 - $220,000 + Bonus Eligible
For business reasons, Promethean does not employ individuals who work remotely in San Francisco, San Jose or Oakland.
