Customer Service Representative

Nesco Resource has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative for a growing company in Queensbury, NY.

Responsibilities
Providing Customer Support over the phone
Tracking and entering data into Excel
Processing Invoices

Requirements:
High school diploma/GED Equivalent with strong basic math skills
Basic Computer Skills
Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
Interpersonal and communication skills
Insurance background a plus!

Hourly: $14.00 - $16.00
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm
Must have availablility to work 12:00pm - 8:00pm Monday - Thursday twice a week [Additonal $2.00 a hour]
