With a team of over 1000 passionate individuals spread across twelve countries in Europe, Asia, and the US, we're all united by our love for innovation and teamwork.</p><p>Join us on this exciting journey as we continue to redefine the iGaming landscape, one groundbreaking solution at a time.</p><p><strong>About the job:</strong></p><p>We're looking for a bright, enthusiastic and highly motivated <strong>Account Manager </strong>to join the MoneyMatrix Account Management team in our Malta office, in Sliema!<br></p><p>You will be part of the Account Management team, your main responsibility being to build and maintain long-term relationships with MoneyMatrix’s clients. As part of the client-facing team, you will be expected to gain an understanding of clients’ payment expectations and to be able to produce solutions for operational and commercial challenges that come up. In this role, you will work closely with our Sales team and Technical Specialists, as well as our other Account Managers.</p><p><strong>What You'll get to do:<br></strong></p><ul><li>Upsell and cross-sell new vendors and features towards existing customers.</li><li>Prioritize and develop customer product/service requests.</li><li>Deliver training to the customers on product functionalities and new features.</li><li>Build long-term strategic cooperation with customers.</li><li>Review customers’ portfolio and traffic to improve the services they have</li><li>Solve customer needs in a proactive manner and search for development opportunities</li><li>Attending industry events across Europe could be occasionally necessary.</li><li>Coordinate with different departments to make sure customer expectations are met</li><li>Permanently improve your knowledge about the Payments Industry and MoneyMatrix product.</li></ul><p><strong>What You need to shine:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 2 years’ experience within account management inside e-commerce or payments is desirable</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields is nice to have</li><li>General knowledge about payments, the online industry, marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development</li><li>Excellent English written and oral communication skills</li><li>Result-oriented and creative thinking</li><li>Ability to multitask, working on own initiative whilst being part of a fun team</li><li>Thrive in a social environment and know how to create positive and long-term relationships</li><li>Attention to details.</li></ul><p><strong><strong></strong></strong></p><p><strong>Here's what we offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.</li><li>Stay Healthy: 10 sick leave days per year, no doctor's note required.</li><li>Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).</li><li>Support for New Parents:</li></ul><p>- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.</p><p>- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.</p><p>Our office perks include parking, on-site massages, and frequent team-building activities in various locations.
