  • Partner with FP&A in labour budgeting, converting hours to expense, including salary, benefits, bonus and other people costs.
  • Workforce Management System Implementation: Play a vital role in implementing a new Workforce Management System, ensuring that the system meets the needs of our retail operations and provides accurate, actionable insights.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Retail Training, Business Intelligence, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of labor-related insights and strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in labor management processes and data accuracy, including data governance and management.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide insights into store labour, traffic performance, and sales analysis.

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Project lead to the Workforce Management Implementation, supporting design, user acceptance testing, implementation, and hypercare.
  • Developing and implementing advanced forecasting models into the Workforce Management System to optimize demand staffing levels, and improve store operations
  • Managing external consultants to build on- and off-floor hours standards; background in engineered labour standards preferred.
  • Leading a guest experience and utilization study in North America and Europe to gain insights into the relationship between guest and product guide.
