- Driving communications that elevates our existing People team programming, such as our benefits, growth opportunities, DEI initiatives and Employee Resource Groups that increase employee engagement, inclusion, and belonging
- Seeking, analyzing, and applying data to inform programming and strategy, while managing reporting for the Internal Communications function.
- Core KPIs: newsletter readership, intranet activity, employee engagement scores
Facilitate a culture of wellbeing and inclusion at Spring Health by:
- Partnering with the Employee Experience Lead to execute the semi-annual Thriving Index survey, translating employee feedback into strategic action items, and facilitate unique employee experience initiatives
- Leading programming, such as Focus Weeks and Mental Health Summits, to promote wellbeing and connection among our distributed workforce
- Infusing opportunities for employee recognition across the org to celebrate work anniversaries, employee birthdays, topical holidays, and company milestones

- Core KPIs: employee engagement scores
What we expect from you:
- 3+ years of working experience within Communications; preferably familiarity with Employee Experience
- BA or BS required, preferably with a background in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, or related field
