Gameplay Video Editor (Unannounced project)

Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Video Editor to join our team, responsible for crafting high-quality video content from a variety of sources including gameplay footage, cinematic sequences from Unreal Engine, and live-action shots. The role involves creating engaging gameplay trailers, in-depth gameplay overviews, character presentations, developer diaries, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and technical expertise, capable of transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that resonate with our audience.

Video Team Lead

What will you do?

• Edit video content according to project goals and team requirements (including gameplay, cinematic sequences, and live-action footage).

• Work with sound, collaborating closely with the audio team for sound mastering.

• Participate in idea generation and brainstorming sessions.

• Collaborate with the team at all stages of video production.

• Create marketing materials based on existing videos, including rendering multiple versions tailored to different resolutions, durations, and languages.

What are we looking for?

• Knowledge of composition and cinematography, with the ability to analyze and apply these principles.

• Proven ability to create trailers and marketing materials.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines while solving creative challenges.

• Independence in making creative decisions.

• Proficiency in organizing and sorting media while adhering to the workflow pipeline.

• Experience working under seasonal demands

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Experienced multiplayer gamer.

• Previous experience in the gaming industry or editing gameplay footage.

• Strong advantage if experienced with 3D programs, especially Unreal Engine.

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.

• Passionate gamer who understands what makes a game visually appealing.

• Proficiency in color grading to enhance the visual quality of the final video.

Work mode

Hybrid (3 days of work from the office, 2 days remote weekly.)
