We are looking for a Netsuite Administrator to join our team. The Netsuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Netsuite platform, providing support and developing custom solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and control all functional processes associated with the Netsuite solution; in order to ensure proper production and compliance with information security standards and tax regulations of each country.
- Manage access and functional roles to the Netsuite platform.
- Manage the distribution of information to authorized stakeholders through the platform.
- Analyze and implement improvements, changes or new functional requirements in Netsuite, for the different processes, in interaction with lead users.
- Perform functional designs of new requirements and analyze jointly with the development service providers (LatamReady).
- Perform pre-implementation and post-implementation follow-up of new requirements.
- Support the operation of the platform, in case of possible incidents or queries.
- Facilitate the entire administrative process in the relationship with Oracle and LatamReady suppliers, for any effect.
Requirements
- Administration of ERP Solutions, mainly focused on business processes in the administrative, accounting and financial areas. TIME MIN. 3 years.
- IT Security Standards Management.
- Management of DATA ANALYTICS.
- Design of functional processes.
- Relationship management with third parties (partners). DESIRABLE
- Knowledge of accounting processes
- Good relationship with internal clients.

- Qualification: Professional in the area of IT Management (Information Technologies).
- Advanced English language (required)
