Job purpose |
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our employees and business managers in our Füllinsdorf factory. This is a generalist role responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities and for providing support to our employees and business managers on site.
You will be supported by an HR Administrative Assistant. |
Detailed Responsibilities |
•Aligning business objectives with management and employees
•Advising and supporting managers on strategic and operational HR issues
•Implementing global HR policies and processes, developing local HR policies and processes
•Analyzing and evaluating HR metrics and performance
•Recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent
•Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations
•Addressing employee grievances and relations
•Driving organizational culture and diversity
•Close partnership with HR Mgr CH

Qualifications |
•Degree in Human Resources/ Economics or equivalent;
•5 – 8 years of experience in Human Resources, factory experience a plus
•Strong generalist with hands on operational experience of leading the cyclical HR processes for an assigned population
•Fluent English and German, French a plus
•Experience partnering with management team
•Strong organizational skills, self-starter who enjoys finding solutions to challenges
•Ability to handle highly confidential information in a professional manner
•Ability to work under pressure, multitask and demonstrate flexibility
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels across the organisation
•Accurate, organized, structured, strong attention to detail
