ABOUT THE ROLE

Peloton’s Production Department operates two production studios 365 days a year to deliver both a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content and world-class boutique fitness offerings to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast paced department that constantly focuses on evolving our innovative programming and improving the luxury experience for our in-studio members. We are looking for someone to drive growth and KPI revenue performance of our studio footprints in New York and London. This is a great opportunity for a motivated, hard-working, self-starter.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Responsible for forecasting global studio revenue targets and growth KPIs, and strategy to hit those targets 
  • Set marketing strategy, spend and execution for studio revenue driving initiatives 
  • Responsible for studio budgeting for member experience team 
  • Directly manage global events team, set strategy to increase revenue and demand creation + demand capture targets by reaching growth demos  
  • Set strategy to launch sponsorship as new revenue stream for events 
  • Directly manage corporate bookings team, set strategies to set and hit KPIs  
  • Oversight of audience curation team, set strategy to utilize to democratize ability to book into studio
  • Innovate additional revenue streams for Peloton global studio footprints 
  • Key partner & stakeholder in cross-functional utilization of the studios to drive Peloton business objectives 

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Experience as a manager of teams hitting specific KPIs
  • Experience with revenue protection and managing budgets 
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from colleagues and customers
  • Proficient in Google suite; sheets, docs, slides 
  • Available to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our base salary is just one component of Peloton’s competitive total rewards strategy that also includes annual equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan as well as other region-specific health and welfare benefits.

Base Salary Range
$167,500$217,600 USD
