Maintenance Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE:

• Develop expertise in print & processing equipment in order to assess the best equipment, technology, and partners globally to enable Resonance to deliver breakthrough results and achieve our destination.
• Lead projects in developing new processes and procedures, from proof-of-concept through qualification for high volume production that deliver tangible business results
• Responsible to eliminate all causes of failure and ensure full useful life in coordination with daily maintenance completed by operating personnel.
• Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation to ensure continuous production operations.
• Creates and manages the maintenance and stores budgets.
• Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
• Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
• Execute plant-specific vision and mission to assure continuous improvement and alignment with the corporate vision.
• Provide leadership in implementing / maintaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Engage process development, integration, troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts in both technical leadership and cross-functional team member roles. This position will support production, R&D and process improvement efforts by developing techniques, procedures, and equipment required for the manufacturing of products created by Resonance.

Requirements

• Experience in Mechanical Engineering (5+ years)
• Experience as facilities manager or relevant position
• Experience managing in a fast-paced environment
• Experience leading and implementing Maintenance systems
• Industrial laundry , electrical and boiler equipment (it’s a plus)
• Advanced English
• High attention to detail
• Organization & order comes naturally to you
• Great communication skills
• Highly analytical and data driven
• Comfortable working in a culture based on continuous improvement
• Intensely curious
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
• Budget management
