The Role

As a Functional Payroll Head, you will be responsible for designing, enhancing and launching of new product features and variants for the growth and profitability of the bank's Payroll Product. 

How you'll contribute

• Strategizes and sets individual and team goals that are aligned with Marketing and Communications Division’s business plans.
• Empowers by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members towards goals.
• Manages resources (people, financial, equipment) effectively to support the organization’s short and long-term goals.
• Resolves any process or system issues related to P&L, billing and FI support identified through internal and external customer channels.
• Conducts regular competitive scans and adjust bundle when necessary.  
• Ensures successful execution of process enhancements anchored at P&L management, vendor management and contractual compliance. 
• Ensures proper training and cascading of product features and processes, other details to relevant front-liners, end-users and support units.  
• Works with cross functional teams and external partners (as necessary) to ensure establishment of policies and processes to support P&L management, FI after-sales handling, vendor management and contractual compliance.
• Ensures that all programs comply with regulatory and bank guidelines.

• Strong analytical skills, project management, and business development
• Knowledgeable in P&L; pricing; product designing
