Join us as an: IT Support

In this role you’ll get to:

• Troubleshoot hardware issues, including printers, laptops, and operating systems (Mac, Linux, and Windows)
• Diagnose hardware issues and perform repairs or replacements as necessary
• Manage existing inventory software
• Monitor and maintain systems, servers, and networks
• Provide technical support across the company
• Document and log all INFRA activities using internal tools and existing documents

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 1-2 years of work experience in IT Support
• Background and understanding of Active Directory setup and/or implementation is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work onsite
• Relevant educational background
