The Role 

We’re seeking a Senior Copywriter with a concentration in product marketing to join the creative team at SimplePractice. As a key member of our growing team, you will report to the Creative Director and will have a direct impact on the growth and success of SimplePractice. As a Senior Copywriter, you'll demonstrate your creativity, analytical skills, and knowledge of effective communication to craft compelling narratives, producing high-quality content, and contributing to the overall marketing and branding strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize content for various mediums (website, product descriptions, emails, social media, etc.) that clearly and compellingly present our tech products and services.
• Translate complex technical jargon into clear, relatable, and help tell a compelling story.
• Collaborate with product managers and marketing team members to shape product messaging and positioning.
• Lead the creation of go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
• Craft engaging, product-focused advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Develop headlines, taglines, and calls to action that synergize with our product offerings and target customer pain points.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior copywriting staff.
• Work closely with the technical, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between product capabilities and messaging.

Desired Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years of experience working in-house in Marketing/Tech or healthcare.
• Demonstrate the ability to create original, compelling content that stands out in the crowded tech market.
• Ability to grasp and communicate about complex technological concepts and products.
• Craft engaging, forward-thinking copy that reflects the innovative nature of our products.
• Craft copy that not only informs but also engages and builds a connection with the audience.
• Show versatility in writing styles, tailoring language and tone to different platforms, audiences, and objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to inform content strategy.
• Up-to-date with changes, advancements, and trends in the healthtech industry.
• Experience working in tech and/or healthcare and experience is preferred
• Has a strong portfolio of relevant work experience

Base Compensation Range

$110,000 - $120,000 annually

Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus or commission. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.

The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider many factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.
