Lead Enterprise Architect

What you’ll do

Location & Travel Expectations: The responsibilities of this role require attendance at in-person meetings and events occasionally. We will consider remote applicants for this role. Applicants should expect that the role may require the ability to convene with Scout colleagues in person and be able to travel to participate in events on behalf of the company from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant IT experience.
• 3+ years in an Enterprise Architect role.
• Possess a deep understanding of Automotive OEM processes and apply this knowledge to drive process harmonization across IT solutions.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing enterprise architecture frameworks and business capabilities.
• Proficiency in evaluating technical feasibility and ensuring integration compatibility of IT solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.

Pay Transparency

This is a full-time, exempt position, eligible to receive a base salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. The salary range listed represents the maximum and minimum starting base pay for this position as of the time of posting. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience. The annual performance bonus program is preset and not candidate dependent.

Initial base salary range = $120,000-$180,000
