You'll contribute as a test engineer within a cross-functional team, ensuring that both new features and bug fixes are delivered quickly and with top-tier quality standards. This includes managing the backlog for bugs and new features, prioritising issues that impact product quality. In addition to functional testing, you will be responsible for ensuring non-functional requirements (e.g., availability, security, performance) are met. Quality is everyone's responsibility, and you will play a key role in the team to maintain and enhance those standards consistently. As part of this role, you will also mentor junior testers, helping them grow and contribute to higher quality standards across the team.</p><h4 dir="ltr"><strong><br></strong></h4><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>About you</strong></h4><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><10+ years of experience as a software test engineer</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in functional and UX mobile, web, and API testing </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with manual testing, including writing detailed, reusable test cases</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in writing UI test automation code using frameworks like Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Maestro</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Familiar with integrating tests with GIT and CI/CD pipelines</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to propose and implement best practices for testing methodologies, tools, and techniques</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A proven track record in mentoring QA team members </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience working as part of a globally distributed team</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience working in a product-based company (instead of a services-based company)</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">The ability to thrive with a high level of autonomy and responsibility</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience in payments is a bonus</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience writing automated unit testing, and automated integration tests</p></li></ul><p></p><p dir="ltr"></p><h3><br></h3><p><br></p><h4 dir="ltr"><strong>The people we’re looking for</strong></h4><p dir="ltr">We’re looking for people who want to grow and have a thirst for learning.
