Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

*$5,000 SOB for Full-Time*

BAYADA Home Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel RN position. This Travel Registered Nurse will support our Maryland Visits Division providing home health services to adult and geriatric clients on a per visit basis for our offices throughout the area.

This permanent full-time position requires availability during the day, with a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends, holidays, or on-call is required. Position assignments are based on divisional need and could be in any of the following offices and their service areas (split territories):

Baltimore Visits (BV)-West County and Baltimore West Visits (BWV)-Howard County & Baltimore Visits (BV)-West County and Anne Arundel Visits (ACV)-Northern Anne Arundel County

One year prior clinical experience as a licensed RN is required. Home health visits and OASIS experience is required as well.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs 
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Maryland.
