Key Responsibilities

• Monthly Close: Manage and oversee the monthly closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, balance sheet accounting, and operational revenue reports.
• Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable function.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.
• Partnership with Directors: Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth. Regular monthly meetings are expected.
• Revenue-Generating Mindset: Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certification: CPA is mandatory.
• Experience:
  • Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.
  • Expertise in multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.
• Software Proficiency:
  • Great Plains Dynamics
  • Salesforce
  • NextGen

Compensation

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Bonus: Potential bonus of $20k to $40k of the base salary.
• Benefits: Excellent healthcare benefits, including profit sharing.

• Profit Sharing: Participate in the company’s profit-sharing program.
