Business Analytics Leader

• Business Analytics leader with capable business acumen to do the following tasks until we can hire someone:
• Lead Business Analytics for the Organization
• Generate Monthly Reports and Dashboards in Tableau
• Create New Tableau Reports and Dashboards at direction of CFO
• Articulate Key KPI Month over Month Movements to Senior Staff and CFO.
• Provide Direction and Leadership to Ongoing Reporting Transformation Project
• Hands On Capability: 50% Leadership Time Focus: 50% Individual will be working directly with the Tavant team on the reporting replacement project.
• This is an experienced Reporting analytics and BI leader that is needed asap and probably will be on for 3-6 months.

Person should be North America based and available to travel to Wilton, CT.
