Job description-Office Assistant/Specimen Collector
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant/specimen collector to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle customer inquiries, and assist with office management tasks and collect urine samples from patients or clients following established protocols and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Manage office phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate personnel
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
-Communicate effectively with clients to alleviate concerns and ensure compliance.
-Maintain confidentiality of all client information and test results
-Stay updated on industry standards and best practices for specimen collection.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures
Job Type: Part-time will be full time starting in 2025
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
