Betsson Group is now looking for an Integrations Project Manager within the Gaming Area.

As our Integration Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration of systems, processes, and technologies within an organization. The role ensures smooth transitions during the implementation of new software solutions, as well as provider and product vertical developments. As an Integration Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful integrations and driving organizational growth. Your ability to plan, execute, and manage complex projects will contribute to the overall success of the integration initiatives within the organization.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Experience working with the integration team(s) and proven record of engaging various sets of individuals to coordinate the completion of complex tasks.
- Implement project management procedures and integration plans to ensure overall product flow; monitor of project progress against the plan and escalate the risks and issues to the product team.
- Engage and collaborate with internal functional teams, and external vendors. Maintain effective communication channels to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the integration process, thanks to the analytical, technical and communication skills, especially on spotting operational inconsistencies causing the delay in operations.
- Act as a bridge between the internal technical and operational stakeholders and external partners in order to share information cross-functionally to improve workflow processes; prepare regular status reports, project documentation for product and operational stakeholders; provide updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Help to resolve disputes arising from integration issues and any other on-site service and integration problems.
- Perform supplier assessments and manage quality assurance oversight pursuant to a product integration scope, and, if necessary, collaborate with the business and project team during user acceptance testing to assure software quality.
- With help of the product team, provide functional leadership to develop effective integration processes, tools and templates that business units can effectively utilise, identify opportunities to streamline the integration and adoption processes, improve efficiency by studying the current practices and lessons learn, and help the team to review and manage all changes to requirements and integration scope.
- Where necessary, manage knowledge in connection with integrations.
- Understand the impact of the compliance requirements on systems and data for inclusion in architecture planning and process design; ensure clear communication and understanding of current policies and procedures.
NICE TO HAVE:
- A relevant academic degree or qualifications (such as, but not limited to: Project Management, Business Administration, Software Engineering) would be considered a plus, but are not mandatory.
- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus.
YOU’RE GOOD AT
- Project management software and tools, including any internally used tools (such as, but not limited to: JIRA, Confluence, internal Back Office systems).
- Project management skills, with focus on delivery and accountability
- Verbal & written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Undertaking several projects at once, by keeping track of project timelines, achieving desired outcomes and maintaining accountability of the various parties involved in the given project.
- Interpersonal skills that allow for the development of positive working relationship while maintaining strong supervision and accountability.
- Technology acumen to successfully navigate the technical space
- Demonstrating ‘big picture’ thinking – the ability to see how parts interact across all products while retaining the ability to focus on integration capabilities.
- Project management record of accomplishment, working with multiple teams (Development, Product Support, Services, Operations, and Quality Assurance) to deliver products to multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrating ability to gather and translate market and stakeholder feedback into successful product initiatives and integration optimisations.
- Professional working proficiency in English
