<p>As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of the customer retention &amp; loyalty process. You will manage campaigns across various channels such as email, SMS, etc ensuring their timely execution. You will also play a crucial role in campaign planning, content creation, analysis, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, and able to deliver high-quality work.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li>Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement across various touchpoints.</li> <li>CRM Calendar Ownership: Take full ownership of the monthly CRM calendar, ensuring all campaigns are planned, scheduled, and executed on time.</li> <li>Campaign Planning &amp; Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns using various tools (email, SMS, chat).</li> <li>Continuously improve creativity in campaigns to drive customer retention and engagement.</li> <li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.</li> <li>Campaign Tracking &amp; Reporting: Track the performance of CRM campaigns and maintain performance reports for management.</li> <li>Optimize campaigns based on key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion.</li> <li>Train agents on product knowledge and campaign objectives to ensure smooth execution.</li> <li>Post-Campaign Analysis: Analyze and report on campaign performance, including audience targeting, creative impact, and conversion metrics.</li> <li>Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends and implement best practices to improve campaign results.</li> <li>Ensure all deadlines for creative, data, design, and promotions are met with minimal errors.</li></ul><p><strong>Skills Required:</strong></p><p>Essential:</p><ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing or a related field </li> <li>3+ yrs Experience in online marketing and CRM</li> <li>Strong communication skills with attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Experience in the online gaming industry is highly desirable</li></ul> •
