- Growth Strategy: Analyze and initiate new business opportunities within the EPC and OEM customer base of the utility-scale solar market.
- Client Engagement: Conduct VoC coordination through quarterly reviews and post-project assessments.
- Market Expansion: Identify and target new accounts to grow revenue.
- Marketing and Event Planning: Coordinate marketing communication initiatives and trade show participation.
- Client Relations: Attend regular virtual customer meetings and manage sales order processing.
- Special Projects: Spearhead and lead high-impact projects.
- Supply Chain Oversight: Manage sales pipeline data and deliver monthly forecasts to facilitate a seamless supply chain.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in sourcing and supply chain consulting.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning and execution systems.
- Expertise in the steel products sector, particularly W beams.
- In-depth understanding of the U.S. Utility-Scale Solar Market.
- Proficiency in Fishbowl or similar CRM is a major plus.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- A proven track record of leading initiatives to fruition.
- Willingness to venture beyond your comfort zone.
- Unyielding drive to exceed targets and expectations.
- Familiarity with CRM software (bonus points).
- Ability to excel both independently and as part of a team.
- Proven business and sales acumen with experience in various sales roles.
- Technical acumen, matched with meticulous attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
