Your mission

You'll join the Delivery team at Attractions.io, where our mission is to seamlessly guide our customers from their initial vision to the successful deployment of our mobile app SaaS solution. We are dedicated to providing exceptional support and expertise, ensuring that each step of the journey is smooth, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to enhancing guest experience.

You'll build strong, trusting relationships, while keeping everyone on track for a timely delivery of the project. You will be updating internal and external stakeholders on project progress, while clearly communicating the risks and issues to project stakeholders and the Head of Delivery.

We are a small, hands-on team dedicated to the creation of our guests' apps. As we continue to grow, you will have the opportunity to influence our processes and help us become more efficient in achieving our mission.

Requirements

The role

• Develop task lists, define dependencies, and track progress to ensure timely completion
• Understand project scope, identify changes, and respond appropriately to customer needs
• Negotiate project schedules, address issues, and escalate problems as necessary
• Identify risks, recommend alternatives, and mitigate issues that threaten project success
• Monitor project progress regularly, report status, risks, and issues, and ensure team members have the information needed to perform effectively
• Prioritise workload by planning and ensuring you're working on the most important and urgent tasks
• Utilise our internal tooling to build apps and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Identify areas for improvement within the Delivery process and suggest enhancements to benefit project performance

This role is fully remote, and we want someone who can support our US customers while having at least some overlap with the working hours of our UK colleagues.

The ideal person

• You have at least 1-2 years' experience in a Project Management role in a software company 
• You have an understanding of software development and web technologies, and can explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms to a variety of audiences using written and verbal communication
• You are a fluent English speaker and can confidently speak to customers in a friendly, genuine and professional manner
• You are highly organised and able to prioritise your time effectively
• You are a great multitasker and able to manage various projects at the same time while working independently
• You have experience of using project management tools to create timelines and track the critical path
• You are able to identify and mitigate risks during a project
• You have a growth mindset and are always looking for ways to improve
