We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our top-tier residential proxy services team.

In this role, you’ll oversee large-scale, complex network operations that power businesses worldwide. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, tackle challenging problems and together with the team will continue growing the product. Your leadership will directly shape the product’s quality, efficiency, and overall user experience, driving real impact every day.

Your Day-to-Day:

Full Ownership: Drive service from concept to ongoing support.
Team Leadership: Guide and support the team through mentoring, hiring, and fostering career growth.
Delivery Focus: Ensure timely and efficient execution.
Process Definition: Establish and refine the team’s workflows and practices.
Technology Advocate: Ensure the best tools and solutions are selected and implemented.
Key Collaborator: Act as the main point of contact between your team and other teams within the organization.

Your Skills & Experience:

Proven track record in managing engineering teams.
Excellency at planning, leading teams, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability.
Comfort working in the agile software development process.
Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
Professional experience as a software engineer would be a plus.

Salary:

Gross salary: Starting at 6600 EUR/month. We are open to discussing a salary based on your skills and experience.
