Agicap allows CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies to efficiently manage and forecast their cash flow, pay their suppliers and get paid. Cash is King, and Agicap fundamentally reshapes the way companies manage one of their greatest pain points.
Our ambition is to become the global financial management solution for SMEs and Mid-Market companies worldwide.
To help us get there we have raised 3 rounds of fundings so far, totalling $121 million, with prestigious VC funds including Greenoaks, Partech and BlackFin.

The CS Engineer Lead will be responsible for managing and developing the international Customer Success Engineer team at Agicap Global. This role will focus on automating Customer Success Tasks (CTA) to enhance efficiency and scalability across our operations globally. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Key Account Managers (KAM), Onboarders, and Account Managers (AM), to support their workflow and streamline customer onboarding processes.
🎯 Your mission :
- Lead and manage the international CS Engineer team, providing guidance, support, and performance management.
- Drive the automation of Customer Success Tasks (CTAs) to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams (KAM, Onboarder, AM) to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
- Develop and implement project plans for ongoing automation initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead change management initiatives within the team, facilitating the adoption of new tools and processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Customer Success workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement.

- You have a degree from an engineering or business school.
- You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, with previous exposure to team management.
- You are fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
- You have strong proficiency in Python and understand the REST API concept.
- You excel in project management and change management, with the ability to prioritize, organize yourself, and communicate effectively.
- You are a natural leader who takes initiative and drives your team toward success.
- You thrive in an adaptable and dynamic environment, and you’re comfortable working in international contexts.
- You are ambitious, humble, and attracted to the start-up spirit.

Our interview process takes an average of 2 weeks and generally consists of
