That’s where you come in. We’re looking for a <strong>retail-first Senior Designer</strong> to join our in-house team. You’ll be free<strong> to experiment</strong>, <strong>grow your leadership skills</strong>, and see your work come to life in <strong>major retailers across the UK and beyond</strong>. You’ll be working across a range of <strong>print-based projects</strong>, from <strong>POS </strong>and promotional signage to show-stopping <strong>in-store displays</strong>, shaping how customers experience Wild in retail spaces worldwide.</p><p dir="ltr"></p><p dir="ltr"><strong><strong><strong>🚀</strong> Some of your responsibilities:</strong></strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong><strong></strong></strong>Delivering creative projects focused on retail, including:</p><ul><li>POS displays such as shelf strips, barkers and aisle fins</li><li>Branded fixtures and displays – from countertop units to large-scale freestanding displays</li><li>Retail promotional materials – including direct mail, print ads, and OOH campaign</li></ul><div><br></div><p>Collaborating with teams across the business to create standout, on-brand creative solutions.</p><p dir="ltr">Experimenting and innovating – Wild loves bold ideas, and we want someone who can challenge the ordinary while keeping the customer journey at the heart of their work.</p><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">🚀<strong>What We’re Looking For</strong><br></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> as a designer with a strong focus on <strong>print-based retail design</strong>.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong>Experience designing for FMCG brands</strong>, ideally within beauty &amp; cosmetics, personal care or food &amp; beverage.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A thorough understanding of <strong>shopper behaviour and customer engagement.</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, with <strong>extensive experience in creating print-ready artwork</strong> (often working with complex artwork templates).</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A <strong>creative thinker</strong> who’s equally comfortable leading projects and collaborating across teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Exceptional <strong>attention to detail</strong> and the ability to deliver high-quality work in a <strong>fast-paced </strong>environment.</p></li></ul><div><br></div><p><strong>⚡️</strong><strong>What you’ll get from us:</strong></p><ul><li>25 days holidays + bank holidays + 9 extra remote working days</li><li>Hybrid working, 3 days a week in our shiny new London office</li><li>4% Company Pension</li><li>Mental well-being support through Spill</li><li>Private healthcare through Vitality</li><li>Weekly early finishes and social events</li><li>Annual L&amp;D budget</li><li>Free breakfast</li><li>Free &amp; discounted Wild products</li><li>2 x team volunteering days and 2 x personal volunteering days</li></ul><p></p><p>Ready to become a Wild thing?!<br></p><p dir="ltr"><em>At Wild, we know that diversity drives innovation and creativity.
