About this role

From the Aircall office in Madrid, you will be responsible for supporting Aircall's strategic direction for Iberia.

Partnership is one of the main strategic drivers for growth in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for the growth and development of existing partnerships as well as acquiring New Partners. You will drive them through our Partner program, onboarding and enabling the partner to be successful. Your main goal will be to work hand-in-hand with our Partners to generate new business.

Your leadership & knowledge of the market will help drive the go-to-market strategy, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Outbound to ensure smooth execution and sustained growth in the region.
This position is based in Madrid (Chamberí).

What you will do:

  • You will grow the partner engagement and on-going Tech alliances management. The objective is to help grow the revenue with our strategic partner ecosystem (Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk...). This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and business development. You will be responsible for acquiring new partners, nurturing relationships with our partners, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.

  • Partnership Management: Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
  • Partner Development: Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall’s market presence in Iberia. 
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Strategic Partner Manager to develop and implement appropriate prospect strategies and plans
  • Business Development: Working on Partner leads, to move pipeline through the sales cycle
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Partnerships, BDR, Customer Success, Product, and Tech to evaluate and pursue growth opportunities in the market.
  • Participate in the organization of marketing events and handling follow-ups.

A little more about you

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree degree in Business
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is a must
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to establish and grow our presence in a new market, demonstrating autonomy, 
  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Naturally curious and passionate about learning and adapting to new markets, technologies, and sales strategies in Iberia
  • You have used and acquired a good understanding of CRM (Salesforce, Zendesk and Hubspot, etc).
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, compassion, and enthusiasm
