Location: Camden - Full time role 37.5hrs with hybrid working

What we’re looking for...

FUNKIN Cocktails are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Customer Marketing Executive to support the On-Trade Marketing and Sales teams as the key contact for trade category data, supporting also with activation plans including events, menu development and collaborative brand marketing campaigns.

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Create inspiring content and trade marketing materials, present to top managed retail customers
  • Build 360 activation plans to implement brand marketing campaigns
  • Marketing support for top cocktail-orientated events (cocktail weeks, award ceremonies, influencer events etc.)
  • Support for the planning of key customer marketing spend  
  • Be the category and customer data go-to person, sharing analysis and recommendations with internal and external teams
  • Support in turning data insights into sell-in stories and business reviews for Trade Marketing, Sales and Brand teams 
  • Trends to be backed up by empirical, real-time insights by time spent out in hospitality and with spirit partners
  • Aid the wider Trade Marketing team as needs

Requirements

  • A relevant qualification preferred in Marketing/ Business/ Communications
  • Demonstrable work experience in Category/ Trade/Commercial Marketing for FMCG
  • Knowledge and passion for the UK on-trade/ hospitality industry (and preferably a love of cocktails!)
  • Experience of planning and delivering activations against a marketing plan
  • Experience in analysing numerical data, and distilling insights and trends with actionable recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, able to balance multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and team orientated
