- Design partnership frameworks and proposals based on an analysis of a prospective partner organization’s mission and their objectives, capacity, and alignment with EDC’s priorities.
- Communication:
- Provide subject matter consultation to project teams across the organization on a variety of workforce-specific topics (e.g., placed-based strategies for neighborhood revitalization plans and city rezoning agreements; industry-specific workforce priorities for EDC’s high-growth innovation sectors).
- Create and deliver presentations and memos that effectively communicate project milestones, findings, and recommendations to various audiences (e.g., senior EDC staff, City Hall, partners, etc.).
- Serve as a spokesperson, representative, and ambassador of EDC at workforce development events, panel presentations, conferences, community board meetings, and other community engagement events.
- Additional:
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in workforce development, project management, and partnership creation.
