We are seeking a passionate and innovative Senior Fleet Branding and Campaign Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives and resonate with drivers on our platform.
What you’ll do:
- Marketing Campaign
- Conceptualize and strategize marketing campaigns that effectively address the company's needs while appealing to drivers on the platform.
- Oversee planning, implementation, and measurement of marketing campaigns to ensure they meet performance goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, drivers' preferences, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
- Video Production Skills:
- Manage and develop video content, including an understanding of how to create storyboards and basic editing techniques.
- Utilize skills to convey emotions effectively through video storytelling and ensure that video content aligns with campaign objectives.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate closely with fleet performance, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to optimize fleet operations.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Driver Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
- Conduct surveys and interviews to gather insights into driver needs and satisfaction.
- Identify and address driver concerns to improve morale and retention.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- 2-3 years of experience in creative agency or creative consultancy is a plus.
- Strong understanding of branding and market positioning.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
