Job Description: - Identity and access management is a growing field that focuses on controlling access to data and systems throughout an enterprise.
- Although data is extremely valuable for organizations, it can also be very harmful if it falls into the wrong hands.
- Therefore, IAM professionals focus on ensuring that data systems are made available only to individuals who need to have access.
- Candidate will be responsible for the management of configuring, staging, and releasing access certifications in accordance with policy.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure that all requests are provided in a timely manner to ensure efficient execution of the audit programs.
- Provide Governance and Monitoring.
- Monitor and report KRIs and other metrics. Maintain process documentation.
- The candidate is responsible for configuration of each certification campaign based on policy guidelines, application categorization, and any regulatory requirements.
- Enforces adherence by monitoring progress, generating, and distributing metrics, and implements consequence model.
- Involved in the evaluation of products and/or procedures to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
- Customer Support; provide expertise and assistance regarding access certification program, processes, policies, and tools.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Provides off hours support for testing and production releases
- Support Audit and Regulatory submissions and evidence gathering
Minimum Requirements: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
- Requires 3-6 years of experience in information security or related technology experience required experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of common Identity and Access Management frameworks
- Knowledge of infrastructure, key processes, and technology-oriented risk issues, specifically around security and privacy
- Willingness to work outside of core office hours to support releases
Preferred Qualifications: - Professional certification such as CISSP, CISM, etc.
- Experience in SailPoint administration
- Knowledge in other IAM products and tools
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong background in Identity and Access Management
- Strong understanding of policy, compliance, and best practice principles
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike.
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within or outside the organization (executives, regulators, clients, etc.)
- Results oriented, business focused, and successful at interfacing across multiple organizational units.
RATE RANGE: $35.00 - $40.00/hr. W2 (based on experience) •
