Your Impact:

As a Territory Sales Representative, you’ll drive the growth of our company and change the lives of homeowners. You’ll manage pre-scheduled appointments, conduct thorough in-home inspections, offer tailored solutions, and most importantly, exceed customer expectations at every turn. But more than that, you’ll be part of a team that thrives on delivering excellence and constantly raising the bar.

Your Winning Formula:

  • Work Smart, Work Hard: Attend pre-scheduled appointments from company-provided leads and build lasting relationships with homeowners.
  • Consult, Don't Sell: Perform in-depth home inspections, offer personalized solutions, and ensure that each homeowner feels heard and understood.
  • Crush Your Goals: Aim high, surpass sales targets, and maintain a laser-focus on customer satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience (we’ll consider a strong drive as experience too)
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time, based on business needs
  • A servant’s heart and the desire to be better every day

What We Bring to the Table:

  • Compensation with No Ceiling: High performers can earn between $200k-$260k+ in uncapped commissions. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.
