Dolead runs paid <strong>marketing campaigns</strong> faster, integrates customer <strong>data</strong> with confidence and generates <strong>sales-ready leads</strong> at a fixed cost per lead.</p><p><strong>Role based in Paris, France</strong></p><p>As part of Dolead’s European Leadership Team (ELT) and directly reporting to the General Manager for EMEA, you will be responsible for managing and driving full European sales activity :</p><p><strong><em>Lead the Sales Prospection Effort (New Business) -</em> 50%</strong></p><ul><li>Define and ensure booking and closing targets in accordance with Dolead strategy</li><li>Conduct high-level negotiations and decision-making sessions with top prospects</li><li>Discern between profitable and non-viable deals, making strategic decisions rooted in past successes</li></ul><p><em><strong><br></strong></em><em><strong>Build Partnerships with Call Centers in Europe - 25%</strong></em></p><ul><li>Identify call centers in Europe to expand market reach and enhance Dolead service capabilities</li><li>Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with key players to ensure seamless integration and mutually beneficial collaborations</li></ul><p><em><strong><br></strong></em><em><strong>Sales Team Management - 25%</strong></em></p><ul><li>Recruit, manage &amp; coach the sales team - 3 Account Executives + 1 BDR</li><li>Spearhead the sales strategy, ensuring alignment with Dolead's vision and growth targets</li><li>Help efficiently plan, organize, and prioritize meetings and agendas, providing holistic insights even without specific category expertise</li><li>Infuse dynamism, enthusiasm, and positivity in interactions, inspiring both the team and clients</li><li>Ensure the effective use of HubSpot (reports, …)</li></ul><p><strong>Profile</strong> :</p><ul><li>8 years of successful experience and a proven track record of managing and leading sales discussions with top-tier clients (quota carrying), including 3+ years of experience in sales team management<br></li><li>Experience in the <strong>Call center/outsourcing solutions or Lead Generation/Performance marketing sector </strong></li><li>Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities and navigate tough conversations to close deals.</li><li>Expertise in sales tools (Hubspot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Lusha) and strategic forecasting</li><li>Fluent in both English &amp; French (mandatory) - Spanish is a strong plus</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we offer: </strong><br></p><p>🤗 <strong>Healthcare:</strong> Alan (individual &amp; family) - 100% coverage by Dolead<br></p><p>💳 <strong>Lunch vouchers:</strong> Swile lunchcard (9€/day - 50% coverage by Dolead)</p><p>🌴 <strong>Holidays:</strong> 25 vacation days &amp; 9 RTT</p><p>🌍 <strong>Multiculturual environment:</strong> +13 nationalities represented</p><p>🥳 <strong>Culture:</strong> regular team &amp; company events!</p><p>📍 <strong>Office:</strong> Located in the center of Paris (near Opéra) </p><p><br></p><p><strong>Recruitment Process:</strong></p><ul><li>Screen call with Yasmina (Talent Acquisition) - 45 minutes</li><li>First interview with Jean - General Manager Europe - 45 minutes</li><li>Second interview with Jean &amp; a member of the team - including a live test</li><li>Final Interview with Guillaume - Co-founder &amp; CEO Europe</li><li>Reference check</li><li>Offer</li></ul><p><em>Dolead wants to guarantee equality and an opportunity to all candidates.
