Job Title: Sr. Demand Generation Manager

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for programs to generate and nurture leads via events, SEM, email, retargeting, targeted social advertising, ABM, etc. Reporting to the Marketing Head and working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll design, plan, manage, and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline revenue.
Job:
· Serve as our Demand Generation leader, developing the strategy for how the company generates demand for our solutions amongst our target audiences
· Develop, maintain, and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals for the US.
· Develop a deep understanding of Skit.ai customers, products, and the buyer’s journey.
· Own the complete lead generation & management process from lead nurturing and capture to follow-up and tracking them through the entire marketing cycle.
· Work collaboratively with the Sales team to strategize and obtain feedback on the quality of MQLs generated from marketing campaigns.
· Track full-funnel lead metrics and provide recommendations: program and campaign investments based on conversion rates.
· Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly performance briefs to Marketing leadership
· Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion and ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of campaigns across digital mediums.
· Use the latest in account-based marketing technology to run multi-channel/touchpoint campaigns.
· Collaborate with product marketing to map and optimize content to funnel stages and customer journey
· Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results, including inbound channel performance, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI
· Own the quarterly planning process for the demand generation budget, ensuring that programs are executed and funds are allocated to maximize program ROI and meet our sales goals.
Experience:
· Ten years of experience in SaaS demand generation with a strong digital marketing background and approach.
Qualifications:
· Min 7 years of experience implementing demand generation in a B2B SaaS company is preferred.
· Strong technical aptitude, great management skills with a great track record of working across sales, marketing, and technology teams
· Proactive, decisive, independent thinker and should be good in industry research.
· Strong digital marketing background
· Experience in creating task-based and process-flow documentation
· Data-driven with Strong analytical skills
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills
