Responsibilities:

Preparing traceability matrix, Defect Management, Manage day to day testing activities in terms of preparing the Functional Test Cases and executing them.
Delivery Transformation through innovation & process improvements.
Should have testing experience in ERP / CRM applications.
Review requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed, i.e., perform manual static testing.
Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation, e.g., data-driven testing.
Use risk-driven techniques to develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for various ERP products, i.e., perform functional testing.
Work with the Development team to capture and reuse Test Cases, Test Stubs and Drivers, and test objects.
Good Understanding of Test Data Management & Test Environment Management.
Establish QA Process Guidelines, Metrics & Best Practices.
Define Standard Templates for all Test Artifacts.
First POC for any new QA Opportunities.
Test Plan, Test Strategy and Test Estimations for all new projects.
Provide thought Leadership.
Conduct Audits, Identify Process Gaps & Remediate Best Practices.
Test Data Management experience.
Supports and Executes the Test Data Management services at an organization level.
Define test data strategy at an organization level.
Formulate the right TDM solution and tooling strategy.
Risk mitigation and escalation management.
Perform Data identification across multiple data sources, extraction, and loading into the test environments based on the scenario provided.
Coordinate with the Application Team, Testing, Infrastructure

Good To Have:

Experience of working as Test Automation Engineer with Tosca.
Experience with integrating Tosca with any of the Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins/GitLab/Azure/ DevSecOps/Bamboo.
Experience with integrating Tosca with any of the Test Management tools like ALM/JIRA/qTest.
