Rate - $77.77/hour (w2)
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
enior Business Analyst will provide a combination of Business Skills and Regulatory filing knowledge to work with the Core Capabilities Chapter for Investment Securities
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with various cross functional teams including the business, finance/product control/FRSS and Technology
• Analyze multiple financial reports produced to determine the similarities and differences
• Identify the differences found and document next steps to bring them into alignment.
• Organize and manage the project across multiple groups
• Strong client management skills to liaise between SME's and data team
• Understand big picture of initiative and get into details of understanding legacy attributes and new data model
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Project
• Experience in Financial Services in Finance/Risk/Compliance, previous knowledge of Fed/ regulatory filings is a plus
• Strong project management skills to provide detailed documentation and project planning
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Works well in a team and self-starting
• Able to work independently without day to day direction
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Knowledge and expertise on Project Management in the financial services industry is required, including 7-10 years of Project Management and/or Management reporting and analysis is highly desired.
• A desire to expand knowledge of Client Finance/ Risk processes, data and platforms
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact at senior levels of the FRI and other portions of the organization
• Ability to work effectively with project teams/ leaders across all functional areas and levels
• Individual should be flexible, team-oriented, have good follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and dissect/solve complex problems
• Strong analytical ability
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word, experience with SharePoint configuration and maintenance a plus
• PMP certification would be a plus •
