This position involves leading, controlling, and overseeing Tunaiku’s operations in East Java and other regions. The work areas include collection and recovery, underwriting, and customer services for Tunaiku. The position reports to the Digital Operation & Strategy Vice Function Head.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance (Booking Quality, Underwriting, Collection, Administrative Compliance according to SOP) of the branch offices under the responsibility to ensure they develop and support the operational targets set by management.
- Ensure the fulfillment of manpower needs in the regional areas to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of assigned targets.
- Supervise the performance of employees at the regional offices to ensure good work quality that supports the assigned targets.
- Oversee and ensure the administrative processes in the regional offices are in line with the SOP.
- Improve and maintain collection performance in the region in line with targets.
- Provide training to all operational units.
- Prepare all operational reports for underwriting, collection, and customer service.
Requirements
- Education background in Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years experience in leading banking operations, including underwriting, collection, and customer services.
- Strong managerial and leadership skills with a target oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical and detail oriented skills.
- Willingness to work in any required area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
