Super Dispatch is looking for a Product Manager to help build, innovate, and execute product initiatives for our Driver App product. This role demands a lean product development mindset and collaborative work with a team of engineers and product designers in a dynamic, fast-paced, and data-oriented environment.

This is a fully remote role that requires the person to be flexible and collaborate with our engineering teams in Central Asia time zones and management team in the US.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to work on innovative solutions at a high-growth SaaS company with incredible growth potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research and prioritize customer problems.
  • Own the problem space of your product and customer segment. Become an expert in understanding and communicating our customers' jobs, needs and pain points.
  • Work closely with your team (design, engineering, analytics) to define, document, and execute on the vision and the roadmap for your product based on the overall Product Strategy.
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product and initiatives.
  • Communicate on a regular basis your progress on roadmap items, learnings, plans, and problems you have identified.
  • Share in a standardized format insights from customer interviews and product analytics that shaped specific use cases.
  • Partner with Marketing to form a go-to-market strategy for key initiatives.

Preferred Profile:

  • Ideally 5+ years of Product Management experience with a strong track record of growth for your area of responsibility. Would consider the right candidates with an engineering background looking to get into product management. Bonus points if you have a background in transportation/logistics, B2B, or Marketplace products.
  • Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across remote and distributed teams in different time zones, including the US, Europe, and Central Asia.
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup culture by adjusting quickly to changing priorities, multitasking effectively, and delivering results with limited resources.
  • Analytical problem solver with the ability to structure and process data, navigate uncharted waters, and draw actionable insights to tackle complex challenges.
  • Collaborative and open-minded team player, skilled at working cross-functionally, building positive relationships, and giving and receiving constructive feedback effectively.
  • Customer-focused and proactive, with the ability to deeply empathize, patiently gather feedback, and proactively deliver innovative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Systematic thinker with a strong ability to balance big-picture strategy with detailed execution and delivery.
  • Open to criticism and ideas, with a positive attitude toward feedback and continuous improvement.

  • Graduate from Super Dispatch’s company-wide new employee onboarding program to understand who we are, how we work, and what we're building.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Driver App’s existing features, workflows, and user base, and understand how it integrates with the Carrier TMS and the broader auto transportation landscape.

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Transform customer needs and pain points into actionable solutions and features within our software.
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to execute features that enhance the Driver App.
  • Begin contributing to roadmap and prioritization discussions.
  • Learn to effectively demo the Driver App to prospects and new customers.

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Take over the Driver App roadmap execution, including setting priorities and driving key metrics.
  • Identify gaps in workflows or user experience and propose actionable solutions.
  • Deepen your understanding of Driver App KPIs and use them to drive improvements.

Within 12 months, you’ll…

  • Fully own the Driver App experience and roadmap with minimal oversight from leadership.
  • Maintain a working backlog that informs both short-term priorities and the 2026 roadmap planning.
  • Set a strategic vision for the Driver App that aligns with company goals and enhances development efficiency.
