Dental Office Manager - Red Deer

Dental Choice is looking for a leader to join our team. Dental experience is required.

 

We are looking for a Office Manager who will ensure our dental office runs smoothly. Customer service is a core value at Dental Choice, and we believe in our office staff to create a great experience for every patient.

 

Our Office Manager are responsible for ensuring a  full schedule, running a well-managed office and ultimately creating an environment where patients are very satisfied.  The Office Manager is a supervisory position to the employees at the office.  This position is responsible for the smooth function of the office, providing general supervision, leadership, and mentoring of the employee team.  The Office Manager implements policies and procedures and establishes annual, monthly, weekly, and daily performance goals for the practice.  The Office Manager provides planning and direction to achieve the office and company goals and is the person accountable to the output of those reporting to them.

Qualifications:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills 
Strong organizational skills 
Exceptional customer service skills 

Previous dental office management or senior dental adminstrator experience required

Reports to: Regional Manager
