IT Manager

• Oversee the management and expansion of our Active Directory (AD) and Azure systems.
• Set up new computers, integrate them into the domain and Office 365, and install necessary software applications.
• Troubleshoot on-premises IT issues and manage user permissions across various platforms.
• Collaborate with team on cloud-related tasks, including SharePoint and Epicor management.
• Monitor project timelines and workloads, adjusting plans to meet varying IT demands.
• Maintain clear communication with engineering and operations teams to address IT-related challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in IT management or a similar role, preferably within a mid-sized organization.
• Familiarity with CMMC 2.0 security protocols
• CISSP certification is highly preferred; Azure experience is essential.
• Familiarity with Jira and Epicor administrative tasks is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of IT security practices and infrastructure management.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proven problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Trustworthiness and integrity, as this role requires full access to sensitive information from day one.
