POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager, Service Office Facility Support, provides remote oversight for facility maintenance for service office locations nationwide, including joint venture offices. The position supports service office directors by providing guidance and vendor coordination for facility maintenance, office openings, relocations, and closures. This role is responsible for executing the highest level of customer service while working with other offices within the organization to successfully transition service offices, maintain work environments that are safe and comfortable for our employees, and minimize the burden of facilities related work for the director.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
- Manage and supervise the activities of the service office facility support team and provide overall direction, coordination, goal setting, and evaluation of this employee. Carry out managerial responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
- Directing work

- Addressing complaints
- Resolving problems
- Liaison with BAYADA tenants and property management/landlords for service offices, nationwide, including Parsippany, Charlotte – 8801 JM Keynes, and Joint Venture offices.
- Provide support for maintenance requests by developing a strong rapport with the property manager/landlord and submitting tickets for service/repairs.
- Collaborate with Legal Services and Real Estate Management offices to drive positive results for BAYADA tenants.
- Direct applicable areas of facility operations. This would include related vendor selection, evaluating and approving maintenance related proposals, contract review/compliance.
- Develop and execute procedures related to new office openings, relocations and closures including developing project plans and working with service office directors, internal and external partners, and property management to execute project plans.
- Execute on key strategic enterprise, divisional, and office initiatives as assigned.
- Travel to Pennsauken campus for divisional leadership meetings.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and partners.
- Demonstrate solid performance or exceed performance standards in key job dimensions/attributes as defined on the Performance Appraisal for Office Staff.
- Perform related duties, or as required or requested by supervisor.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree.
- Four (4) years experience managing campus and training facilities, individuals, and related business processes.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated record of goal achievement; successfully takes on more responsibility with positive results.
- Possesses strong interpersonal and excellent customer service skills.
- Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
