As Presentation Design Team Manager at Oliver, you will oversee a group of in-house creative presentation specialists and coordinators. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and inspire your team to design, create, and project manage high-quality presentation materials that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Utilize design software such as PowerPoint and Keynote to create high-quality slide layouts, infographics, animations, and other visual elements that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal and clarity of presentations.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives and structure information to effectively communicate messages and concepts.
  • Branding and Theming: Ensure all presentations adhere to the client's or company's branding guidelines, incorporating appropriate colors, fonts, logos, and other visual elements to reinforce brand identity.
  • Multimedia Integration: Integrate various multimedia elements, such as videos, audio clips, interactive components, and animations, to create engaging and impactful presentations.
  • Template Creation: Develop customized templates and master slide decks for consistent use across the organization, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with executives to understand their content and messaging requirements, translating this information into visually compelling presentations.


  • Proven experience in visual design and presentation creation, particularly within a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Strong storytelling skills and the ability to structure information effectively.
  • Excellent understanding of branding principles and experience in creating branded presentations.
  • Ability to integrate multimedia elements into presentations.
  • Experience in template creation and ensuring consistency in visual identity.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with executives to understand and translate their requirements.
